This video explains how you can utilize Google Sheets to create your own podcast management system. You can create the list of your top podcasts on Google Sheets and it will automatically download new episodes to your Google Drive in neatly organized folders.

How the Drive Podcast Manager Works?
You must place the URLs for your most-loved podcasts into column A on your Google Sheet as shown in the screenshot below.
The app will download the most recent episodes from each show onto the Google Drive. You can then open the MP3 files directly from within your Google Drive or find them directly in this identical Google Sheet.
The application will create a brand new folder, called Podcasts, in the folder on your Google Drive. Within this folder the app will make subfolders of every podcast with the same name as the name of the show.
